February Tyre of the Month - Dunlop Arroxmax StreetSmart

PTA Garage Services chose the Dunlop Arroxmax StreetSmart as our tyre of the month for February

As spring approaches and the evenings are proving a little lighter, here at PTA Garage Services we’re hoping that the weather will get kinder, which means that bikers will soon be back out on the roads and making the most of the longer days and dryer conditions. Therefore, we’re choosing a motorbike tyre for our ‘tyre of the month’ this February.

The Arroxmax StreetSmart motorbike tyre from Dunlop, combines a classic look with the pinnacle of modern technology. The StreetSmart is the ideal tyre for older or classic bikes, giving a modern, sleek finish to some of the greatest motorbikes on the road.

The StreetSmart has been designed specifically for mid-range commuter motorcycles that are ridden in a range of weather conditions.

Dunlop has cleverly combined a traditional tyre concept with the latest compound and casing technology. This helps to reduce tyre warm up time so riders will experience an improvement in the handling of their motorcycle.

The unique tread design improves water expulsion, which means better grip and performance when used in wet conditions.

As the Arroxmax StreetSmart has been developed with a silica compound and includes deep tread grooves, this tyre offers greater mileage than most other motorbike tyres of this kind.

The profile design of this tyre means a greater contact patch is offered. This gives improved cornering and handling to riders in all conditions.
