They understood about my vehicles horn, being reocated from steering wheel, to seprate switch beside steering wheel. This was after another garage made a shabby attempt to fix horn on steering, wheel, from which I found out from another mechanic the fix would never worked, hence switch fitted as a workaround. Thanks for your great service and fitting bulb, at a fair price also, for I know some garages would jump at the chance to round that off to an hours labour.

I have always been very happy with the service I have received at the Oxted PTA garage. However on this occasion I ordered three Rapid brand radial tyres on the PTA website to match the existing newly new Rapid tyre on my car. On turning up for the fitting I was disappointed to discover the warehouse had sent the garage on Rapid tyre and two Triangle branded tyres. Had I not had an impending MOT I would have asked the garage to return the Triangle branded tyres and await a new delivery of two further Rapid tyres as ordered. Obviously this would have incurred the inconvenience of having to return to the garage again. The guys at the garage informed me the substitution of another brand of tyre is a frequent occurrence. As I am quite particular about the brand of tyre I run on my cars I would think carefully about using PTA online ordering in the future

I have done my interim service and inquiried about my clutch replacement since I encounter it on a long drive. They understood about my vehicles horn, being reocated from steering wheel, to seprate switch beside steering wheel. This was after another garage made a shabby attempt to fix horn on steering, wheel, from which I found out from another mechanic the fix would never worked, hence switch fitted as a workaround. Thanks for your great service and fitting bulb, at a fair price also, for I know some garages would jump at the chance to round that off to an hours labour.

The staff were ever so accommodating, a mechanic let me drop the car and key before opening hours and was so nice about it! when i wasnt sure i could make it on time to fetch the car before closing time they put it into the garage forecourt and left the key at the counter, 5 star customer service and much appreciated! will recommend at every opportunity! thank you
